Service Description

FableJar provides AI-generated personalized bedtime stories for children aged 3-10. Parents create accounts and child profiles; the service generates unique stories tailored to each child.

Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Child profiles are managed by the parent account holder.

Content

Stories are generated by AI and reviewed by content safety filters.
We cannot guarantee that all generated content will be appropriate for every child. Parents should review stories.
Generated stories are for personal, non-commercial use.

Subscriptions & Billing

Free accounts receive a limited number of stories.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

FableJar is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
